Program Sarjana (S1)

The ITS Development Study Undergraduate Program is a study program that creates synergies for various important approaches in development that are intact and sustainable. This requires an interdisciplinary approach that can synergize various elements of development. The synergy includes resource management, technology, and release with local wisdom and environmental considerations. Development Study Program is designed to equip students with the complexity of the development.

Kurikulum

Study Program S1 (Bachelor) Department of Development Studies 144 credits including:
– Compulsory subjects = 96 SKS
– Elective courses = 48 credits

– MK Enrichment = 3 SKS
– Final Project / Thesis = 6 SKS.

Practicum in the laboratory is carried out to support lectures and Final Project / Thesis. Final Project/thesis is carried out according to the existing fields of interest in the Department of Development Studies, namely:

– Areas of interest in Environmental Development and Sustainable Resources
– Areas of interest in Globalization and Economic Development
– Areas of interest in Regional Potential Development and Tourism
Interest in Maritime Development

The length of the programmed study is 8 (eight) semesters or 4 (four) years and students are required to take the TOEFL test with a minimum grade of 477.
