ITS with its “Advancing Humanity” motto have a policy on ending discrimination in the workplace (including discrimination based on religion, sexuality, gender, or age), as well as a policy against forced labor, modern slavery, human trafficking, and child labor. The commitment is shown by the establishment of the Regulation of ITS’ Rector about Employment at ITS in Chapter 8 Part 1 and Part 2 (Page 5).
