Regulation of ITS Rector No. 2 Year 2017 about Employment at ITS

 

In order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness and welfare of Civil Servants, it is necessary to increase the basic salary of Civil Servants. ITS also has its own Salary Regulation for its employee. It’s mentioned in Regulation of ITS Rector No. 2 Year 2017 about Employment at ITS.

Regulation of ITS Rector No. 5 of 2017 referring to Additional Monthly Income and Additional Study Task Allowances for Employees in ITS

 

In order to pay additional monthly income and additional study assignments in accordance with the provisions contained in the Regulation of ITS Recto Number 2 of 2017 concerning Personnel. It is deemed necessary to establish regulations regarding this matter. That is based on the consideration, it is necessary to stipulate the Regulation of ITS Rector regarding Additional Monthly Income Payments and Additional Study Task Allowances in the ITS environment.

In order to increase the usability and efficiency as well as the welfare of Civil Servants, it is necessary to increase the basic salary of Civil Servants.

ITS as an academic institution that embraces the “Advancing Humanity” motto issued Regulation of ITS Rector regarding Additional Income Adjusting the City Minimum Wage for Prospective Employees. This discretion is applied to all lecturers as well as academic staff. The implementation of such discretion strengthens the position of ITS as a technology-savvy yet highly consider the welfare of its human resources.

In regard to employment practice unions, ITS acknowledges unions and labor rights (freedom of association and collective bargaining) for all, including women and international staff. ITS fully supports government regulations related to employment practice unions such as the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 14 Year 2005 about Teachers and Lecturers, Government Regulation No. 37 of 2009 about Lecturers. With the regulations followed by ITS, it can provide a secure position for ITS employees. ITS also issues Regulation of ITS Rector No.2 Year 2017 abut Employment at ITS and Regulation of ITS Rector No. 04 Year 2020 concerning Classes and Position Values in ITS.
