Department of Biomedical Engineering Department was formed with a vision to create the next generation that has strong analytical and synthesis capabilities in the fields of Biomedical Instrumentation, Biomedical Signal Processing, Biomechanics, Biomedical Control, Biomaterials, and others.
With this capability, it is expected that each graduate will be able to meet the challenges of the world of work in the field of medical equipment design, signal processing and medical imagery, clinical engineering, medical rehabilitation, and assistive technology for individuals with special needs.
Research activities in this study program focus on the mechanisms of computation, communication and control systems in biological systems, and their applications in the fields of biology, electronics, and mechanics.
