The Physics Engineering Department has received accreditation including:

• The Engineering Physics Undergraduate (S1) Study Program has obtained Excellent accreditation based on LAM Engineering decision no. 0023/SK/LAM Teknik/PYT/IV/2023 and accredited by IABEE (Indonesian Accreditation Board for Engineering Education).
• The Physics Engineering Masters (S2) Study Program has obtained Superior accreditation based on LAM Engineering decision no. 0029/SK/LAM Teknik/AM/IV/2023 and ASIIN (Akkreditierungsagentur für Studiengänge der Ingenieurwissenschaften, der Informatik, der Naturwissenschaften und der Mathematik).
• The Doctoral Study Program (S3) has obtained Excellent accreditation based on LAM Engineering decision no. 0133/SK/LAM Teknik/AD/IV/2023
