Vision and Mission

To be a center of higher education based on internationally reputable research in earth science and technology, especially to support the energy and natural resource industries as well as marine engineering, infrastructure development with an environmental perspective.

The mission of the Geophysics Engineering Department are:

1. Carrying out research-based higher education that is internationally reputable, accountable and responsible in the field of geology, through cooperation with government and private institutions / agencies, both at home and abroad.
2. Actively applying and disseminating all methods, innovative work results and all available resources in the use of technological research results for solving energy and mineral resource problems, infrastructure for the sake of improving the quality of the community’s environment in a sustainable manner.
3. Developing ethical values, morals, attitudes and character of technopreneurial based on science and technology in the academic community.
4. Manage all organizational resources at its disposal by paying attention to the principles of good civil service governance (transparent, accountable, responsible, independent and just).
