Printed in 2020, this book which writes about the instructions for processing micro-earthquake data was written by Dr. Widya Utama and Sherly Ardhya Garini. In more detail, this book describes the guidelines for micro-earthquake data processing mechanisms, where initial hypocenter location determination (initials) uses the Geiger method and further location testing uses the Coupled Velocity-Hypocenter method to evaluate the performance of geothermal reservoirs.
Cover Buku Pengolahan Data Micro Earthquake
This guide can be applied to other micro-earthquake (MEQ) data with low background noise (good recording data quality), recorded data in .mseed format, and for the initial hypocenter location determination method using the Geiger method a minimum of 4 wave phases is used. Meanwhile, the Coupled Velocity-Hypocenter method uses a minimum of 6 phases of seismic waves. MEQ data processing steps in this book have been compiled and supplemented with pictures in the hope that it will make it easier for readers to use it.
