ITS not only tries to improve soft skills but also students’ spiritual intelligence. The effort made was to form a Spiritual Development Team (TPK). There are 5 TPKs in ITS, namely Islamic TPK, Buddhist TPK, Hindu TPK, Catholic TPK, and Christian TPK. Each TPK is also composed of a Daily Governing Body to carry out religious-related events. It is hoped that TPK can also strengthen relationships between students across ITS in the religious sphere.
