The ITS Geomatics Engineering Department learns about the process of acquisition, storage, management, analysis, and presentation of geospatial information. Geospatial information itself is simply information on location or coordinates on Earth, both on the surface, subsurface, and on the surface of the Earth. In the learning process, in addition to studying geospatial technology and information science, students also learn to be creative, innovative, communicative, have an attitude of leadership, and collaborative in various spheres of work. The ITS Geomatics Engineering Department has a mission to provide the best education in the management of geospatial information and be actively involved in the development of geospatial information science and technology to be of benefit to the world, especially the people and countries of the Republic of Indonesia.
