Job Training (KP) is one of our undergraduate programs worth 2 credits which aims to give students one month work experience in an industry to have a real case on Industrial Engineering topics. In addition, the internship will train students to do work that is usually done by Industrial Engineers. This is important as industrial engineers must not only be experts in engineering knowledge, but also skilled in doing engineering work.
To carry out this program, we involve a large number of industry partners, national and multinational companies, such as:

When undergraduate students are challenged to have more comprehensive work experience than can be achieved in Job Training, then they are encouraged to take advantage of specialized Industrial Internship programs. Industrial apprenticeship is an optional program which means providing extensive work experience through a series of 4 to 6 months structured programs in one of our partner companies. Students who take part in an industrial internship program will be treated as employees in the company where they get a salary (the amount will vary depending on company regulations) for doing work assignments or doing certain projects. When conducting this program, students (trainees) will receive supervision from senior Industrial Engineering lecturers to understand each strategic and operational business process in the company, identify problems or opportunities to improve business processes using a comprehensive Industrial Engineering framework.
This program is a special program that brings mutual benefits to all parties under the win-win solution relationship pattern, we have partners with several companies to carry out this collaboration program, such as: PT Garuda Maintenance Facility, PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, PT HM Sampoerna, PT Nestle Indonesia, PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia.
