Up to now, Department of Ocean Engineering – ITS has provided adequate education facilities related to the teaching process, including physical and network facilities. Lecturers team are 31 persons, which consist of 4 lecturers from Laboratory of Hydrodynamics of Ocean Structure, 5 lecturers from Laboratory of Structure, Material and Production of Ocean Structures, 4 lecturers from Laboratory of Design and Construction of Ocean Structures, 4 lecturers from Laboratory of Numerical Computation and Modeling, 5 lecturers from Laboratory of Ocean Energy, 4 lecturers from Design Studio, and 5 lecturers from Laboratory of Coastal and Ocean Environment. All of those laboratories can be utilized to improve the teaching process in accordance with the taken course.

In addition to having instructors and facilities that are adequate for learning needs, the Department of Ocean Engineering also has students who continue to excel.
