ITS Academic Regulation is prepared as a guide for students while studying at ITS. Academic regulations contain about, Education Program, Curriculum, Semester Credit System (SKS), learning evaluation, academic, non-academic activities, etc. ITS Academic Regulation is available in Bahasa Indonesia only.

Study Plan Application ( FRS )

1. Considering that classes are still conducted online, the FRS of the 2nd semester is conducted online, either synchronous or asynchronous.
2. Taking courses according to semester or remedial courses in the previous semester will be prioritized. If the class quota is still available, students may take courses in the upper semester according to the course prerequisite rules.
   It is possible to increase the quota for class capacity that is already full if it still meets the capacity of the classroom.
3. Policy changes can be made as needed.

The rights and obligations of supervising lecturer

1. Provide consultation to students about the educational system and academic administration of the Institute and the Faculty.
2. Provides guidance to students in constructing a comprehensive study plan at the beginning of their study and enrolling in units in each semester.
3. Providing explanations and advice to students about good learning methods, time management, and learning facilities so they can complete their studies on time.
4. Providing sufficient consultation time for students at least three times in one semester: at the beginning of the semester, before the midterm, and before the end of the semester.
5. Evaluating and reporting the learning progress of supervised students to the head of the department to be forwarded to the dean.
6. Advising students who are having difficult times with their studies, examine the cause of the problem, and help them find a way out.

The rights and obligations of students

1. Every student is entitled to receive explanations and advice from his or her supervising lecturer.
2. Each student is ought to consult, discuss, and report his or her progress of study regularly to his or her supervisor lecturer at least twice each semester. The tasks must be done during the enrolment and throughout the semester.

The Internship Guidance is prepared as a reference for students during their internship. This guide contains administrative procedures (starting from submission to supervisors, writing cover letters, reporting of internship results, up to evaluation).
