Indonesia recognises nine qualification levels as written on president decree number 8 Year 2012 about” Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia”. Vocational education consists of nine levels of competencies. The decree obliges each level has different competencies, it also applied on profession certification. Certification program must accord with educational program so that the students better prepared before they become professional.

Certification program on vocational studies is applied contextually, conceptually, and relevantly. Education development with competencies based must be completed by competencies assessment. Industrial Chemical Engineering Department has three scheme of competencies certification. This is the following relevant competencies structure that in line with current curriculum.
