To achieve international recognition according to ITS strategic plan and the Department’s work program, one of the programs is to increase partnership cooperation in research, academics and community service, both nationally and internationally.

This program involves lecturers and students according to their respective fields of expertise and laboratories. Lecturers who often apply their knowledge outside the campus and collaborate with various institutions also play a very important role in developing partnership cooperation, some examples of this are joint research by the ITS Environmental Engineering Department in several government agencies, industrial fields, and other national institutions.
