The Department of Mechanical Industry Engineering, Faculty of Vocational ITS seeks to improve the quality of its students through various means. One of them, through cooperation with the Taiwanese government in the form of a scholarship for Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering at the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST)
This year, 9 students had the opportunity to attend undergraduate courses at NTUST. The details of the 2014 class are 2 people, and the 2015 class has 7 people. “This amount is quite good considering that this is the first year that the alumni of the Cross-Line industrial mechanical engineering department has graduated from NTUST,” said Heru Mirmanto as Head of the Department of Mechanical Industry Engineering.
He advised the students who want to continue their study abroad must have a target TOEFL score above 550 or the equivalent of an IELTS score of 5.5. “English is very necessary in all communication in the learning process and environment,” he advised students.
