Note: Application letter must be submitted at least 5 days before the activity

1. Borrowers check the availability of space on the page https://its.id/cekruang
2. Borrower fills out the room loan form on the page https://its.id/formpinjamruang
3. TU staff check the proposed room loan data through google form
4. The TU staff marks the borrowed room with yellow color in the table according to the borrowing data.
5. The borrower sees that the borrowed room has been marked in color then makes a room loan letter (according to the format on the link https://its.id/suratpeminjamanruang)
6. The staff approves the room loan request by marking purple in the borrowed room table in accordance with the borrowing data.
7. The borrower takes the key and room equipment to the TU according to the agreement (maximum at 15.40 on weekdays) by providing collateral
8. TU staff provide keys and room equipment and receive collateral.
9. The borrower uses the room according to the application and returns the key and equipment on the specified day and fills in the room return data
10. TU staff checks the completeness and returns the guarantee
