Student Mail Services

The Department of Industrial Mechanical Engineering, Vocational Faculty, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember provides a web-based student application letter submission service.

Students who wish to submit a letter can fill in the link provided

*) Specifically for Active Student Certificates, Procedures for Application for Leave, Resignation, and Application for replacement Student ID can be submitted via each student on SIAKAD. If there is a letter that requires the signature of the Head of Department/Head of Study Program, it can be submitted via the link below.

  2. Cover Letter for Final Project Data Collection
  3. Cover Letter for Borrowing/Using Lab Equipment
  4. Recommendation Letter (Different format from MyITS Student Connect)
  5. Field Study Cover Letter (Course)
  6. Certificate of Completion of Final Project
  7. Competition Assignment Letter
  8. Another Letter

Mail processing takes a maximum of 3 working days.

Mail Tracking

The status of letters that have been submitted can be monitored via the link below. The finished letter will be sent automatically via the email registered with myITS SSO.

There are four types of letter services that students can apply for, including:
a. Active student certificate;
b. Leave;
c. Resign; And
d. Replacement Student ID (only for students class 2015 and before).

There are 3 letters that can be submitted via MyITS Student Connect, namely:

  1. Letter of Recommendation does not get another scholarship
  2. Resignation Letter as scholarship recipient
  3. Certificate of KIP recipient for college
