The Master’s program can be reached by a normal study time of 4 semesters (2 years). Loads of credit depend on each department with an average of 40-50 credits consisting of main courses, supporting courses, research, and thesis or dissertation in accordance with the curriculum. The Master’s program has a competence according to the respective focus of expertise.

Here are what you require to apply for the Master program:

1. Hold a bachelor degree in various fields with a minimum GPA of 2.75 (0-4 scale) from an institution with minimum accreditation of B.
2. Two letter of recommendations which can be provided by the supervisor can be your academic supervisor during your bachelor degree or your supervisor at work (download the template in the Indonesian Language here).
3. Hold paper-based TOEFL Score of minimum 450 from ITP or those issues by public universities in Indonesia. Alternatively, it can be substituted by IELTS with a minimum score of 4.5 or TOEFL IBT with a minimum score of 32. 4. Hold TPA score with a minimum score of 400 issued by SPKB ITS, BAPPENAS, or TKDA HIMPSI. For inquiry of TPKA test by SPKB ITS please call 031- 5994255.
5. Pass the admission test which includes field specific test and interview.
6. Submit a declaration of willingness to obey all the procedure related to academic and financial.

Procedure

1. Go to the application web site http://smits.its.ac.id you can submit your application electronically. Here once you register, you will receive a PIN (personal Identification Number). You need to input your name, date of birth, and a valid e-mail address.
2. You will receive an email containing Payment Code, admission access code (KAP), and PIN
3. With the payment code, the applicant need to make payment of IDR 500,000 through bank teller, ATM, Internet Banking via Bank Mandiri, BNI, BRI, BTN, and Bank Jatim. Note that once you make payment, it cannot be cancelled.

5. The applicant has to submit application online through http://smits.its.ac.id, with a login using KAP and PIN.
6. To complete the online application, the applicant has to prepare:
   1. Passport size photographs (4 x 6 cm) in JPEG or PNG file type with a maximum of 500 KB in size
   2. Bachelor degree certificate
   3. Bachelor degree academic transcript
   4. Two letter of recommendations
   5. TOEFL / IELTS Certificate
   6. TPA or TPKA Certificate
   7. Health Certificate
7. Applicant has to save and print the proof of online application
8. Applicant is not allowed to change the study program
9. The applicant has to sign the proof of online application at the appropriate place
10. This signed proof of online application is brought during interview

Doctoral Program can be reached in semesters (4 years). The Doctoral Program has a competence according to the focus of their respective expertise.

This program focuses on expertise in Geotechnical Structure, Construction Project Management, Management and Engineering Water Resources, Management and Engineering Water Resources, Asset Management (specifical cooperation with Ministry of Public Works).
