SiRUP (General Procurement Plan Information System) is a web-based application used to announce the General Procurement Plan (RUP). SiRUP is one of the government’s efforts to implement bureaucratic reform in procurement policies for goods and services (PBJ).
Here are some functions of SiRUP:
- Facilitates Budget Users (PA) or Authorized Budget Users (KPA) in announcing the RUP.
- Makes it easier for the public to access procurement information for goods and services nationwide.
- Allows for changes to procurement package data, such as revisions, additions, or budget reductions.
